Student Care Executive

Location: Mayflower/ Yio Chu Kang
Period: 15 July 2026 to 14July 2027 (1 + 1 year)
Working hour: Mondays to Fridays: 7.15am to 2:30pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays (in Mar/Jun/Sep/Nov/Dec) and gazetted public holidays (unpaid)
Salary: Up to $2760 per month

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline, on a daily basis
• Assist in manning detention for late comers after school, on an ad hoc basis
• Oversee students who are suspended from class, on an ad hoc basis
• Supervise, call on and ensure the conduct of Corrective Work Order – canteen/classroom cleaning
• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report
• Conduct and follow-up on spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair and look into administrative recording of spot check outcome
• Participate in Case Management Meetings on an ad hoc basis
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School Leaders or Subject Head, Student Management
