Sales / Senior Sales Executive (MICE/Event-Focus)

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries’ Restaurants & Catering, and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate catering event bookings through both inbound enquiries and outbound sales activities.
  • Perform cold calling and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs as assigned by Management.
  • Liaise closely with clients to understand their catering requirements and provide suitable recommendations on menus and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and event orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist clients in planning and coordinating catering events to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections when required to assess event requirements and operational feasibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Kitchen, Operations, and Service staff, to ensure the smooth execution of catering events.
  • Communicate event details and requirements clearly to all relevant departments prior to event execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process and provide necessary support on event day when required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle enquiries and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding
  • Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
