We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, primarily focusing on lunch and dinner services. Our establishment is a culinary fusion of Japanese with French and Italian techniques, offering a unique dining experience that combines the best of East and West. In addition to lunch and dinner, our menu includes breakfast, set menus for our shipping crew, and all-day dining, so versatility and strong culinary expertise are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage overall kitchen operations for lunch and dinner services
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate in developing innovative fusion dishes and seasonal menus

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a chef, ideally with leadership responsibilities in lunch and dinner services
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred; experience in French or Italian cuisine also valued
  • Ability to handle a variety of kitchen operations, including breakfast and set menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
