Technical Supervisor

Job & Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor to team members.
- Administer maintenance plans to repair malfunctioning Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
- Assess maintenance outcomes against established maintenance plans and timelines.
- Carry out safety and security checks.
- Coordinate technical training for the team.
- Deliver training after acquiring relevant technical knowledge and skills.
- Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
- Investigate reasons for breaches in safety and security standards.
- Manage staff conflicts and complaints.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on repair works.
- Prepare analytical reports on functionality of GSE.
- Prepare documentations for disposal of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and obsolete GSE.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
Provide on-the-job training to enhance capabilities of team members.
