    • Preparing doner kebab, including marination, slicing, assembling, and serving.
    • Preparing pide and lahmacun.
    • Preparing side dishes such as falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, and other related items.
    • Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene, and proper portioning.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
    • Assisting with ingredient preparation, stock handling, and daily kitchen operations.
    • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and timely food output.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine.
    • Able to prepare doner kebab from marination to service.
    • Able to make pide, lahmacun, and common side dishes.
    • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
