Legal Counsel Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Conducting domestic and comparative legal research and drafting legal analysis and memos.

b. Conducting compliance research and drafting memos.

c. Taking minutes, attending meetings and otherwise engaging with key stakeholders.

d. Drafting and review of agreements (such as non-disclosure agreements and procurement contracts) and correspondence.

e. Assisting with Operational, Compliance, and product matters as and when required.

f. Such other tasks where required.

REQUIREMENTS

a. Interest in banking, fintech, and digital assets.

b. Currently pursuing a polytechnic diploma in law / Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor.

c. Located in Singapore.
