BUJA is looking for an HR Admin to support the workforce operations of Na Oh Restaurant, a unique dining concept led by Chef Corey Lee, the acclaimed chef behind the three Michelin-starred Benu.

Na Oh brings authentic Korean cuisine to a groundbreaking setting within a state-of-the-art automotive manufacturing facility.

Job Description

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and documentation.
  • Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll information.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, staff schedules, and administrative documents.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and external vendors regarding employment and immigration matters.
  • Process invoices, staff claims, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Support daily HR operations for BUJA and NaOh Restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Assist management with employee relations and general office administration.
