Vice President, Distribution Platform

Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and operational goals for advisor-facing digital platforms supporting sales and advisory processes.

Lead teams responsible for product ownership, delivery, and operations to ensure optimal platform performance and effective implementation of enhancements.

Prioritize business demands by balancing user impact, scalability, operational risk, and project timelines.

Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to convert distribution needs into cohesive digital solutions.

Manage the end-to-end execution of complex digital projects, overseeing requirements shaping, testing, and implementation readiness.

Enhance platform usability, adoption, and operational efficiency for advisors and distribution channels.

Advocate for service quality, operational resilience, and ongoing improvements within critical digital platforms.

Contribute to the long-term enhancement of digital distribution capabilities through modernization and integration projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 12–18 years of experience in digital platforms, product leadership, technology delivery, or large-scale digital transformations.

Proven platform ownership experience in customer-facing or distribution-centric environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate strategic and operational challenges.

Strong understanding of frontline distribution operations, including advisor workflows and servicing processes.

Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders in fast-paced, complex environments.

Demonstrated judgment in balancing business growth, user experience, operational resilience, and regulatory factors across digital ecosystems.

Experience in leading platform transformation or digital operating model initiatives at scale is preferred.
