Job Description
- Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Co-ordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Prepare project proposal, think of a temporary time frame, scheulde and budget
- Prepare work statement or methodology
- Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle issues that arise
- Co-ordinate activities on scheduling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting
- Mange subcontractor's executions at site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards
Job Requirements
- Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ of LTA project experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of 5 years's experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stages of a project's life cycle from tendering to handover (Complete whole project cycle)
- Prior experience in Civil Engineering - Infrastructure works, LTA/NPARKS/SLA/PUB projects, relating to construction and landscape works or terms key related project will be advantageous.
- Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
- Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated.
- Procative and ability to work in fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
