Service Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting and support to clients and partners throughout the sales cycle.

Evaluate new and existing cryptography-related technologies for potential deployment.

Manage project planning, system implementation, preventive maintenance, documentation, and system migration.

Support daily operations of the IT Department and Data Centre, including helpdesk, desktop, server, networking, procurement, and projects.

Assist in the planning, installation, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure for new and ongoing projects.

Plan resource capacity for hardware and software, ensuring high-quality service delivery for managed services.

Collaborate with external vendors to resolve IT-related issues.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience in Information Security, with knowledge in at least one domain such as Cryptography, Network, or Firewall.

Familiarity with Anti-malware solutions (e.g., Trend Micro) is advantageous.

Technical skills in the basic configuration of Network Switches/VLAN or configuring AIX/Solaris Servers.

Proficient in Windows/UNIX administration with foundational networking knowledge.

Prior hands-on experience in system or network installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred.

Awareness of current and emerging technologies along with industry best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, coupled with a responsible attitude.

Willingness to travel within Singapore as needed.
