What You’ll Do

Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

What we’re looking for

  • Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors, and conducts necessary research.
  • Supports business development teams to expand acceptance, including the onboarding of new franchises.
  • Supports participants through the semi-annual release process by managing and coordinating efforts.
  • Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, and troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints.
  • Mentors team members, executes department initiatives, and leads the department to ensure overall success.
  • Travels up to 10% of the time as required by the role.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or Engineering or in lieu of a degree: 6 years of experience in payments or financial services.
  • 4 years of experience in payments or financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capability in risk management and executing day-to-day escalations to management.
  • Prior experience supporting business development teams and onboarding new franchises.
  • Advanced technical aptitude related to payment systems networks, issuers, and processors.
