Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring assigned premises meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. He/She will supervise cleaners, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure work is carried out in accordance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness standards and service requirements are met.
• Plan and deploy manpower effectively based on operational needs.
• Provide on-site guidance, training, and briefing to cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
• Liaise with clients, building management, and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables are properly maintained and stocked.
• Prepare and submit site reports, incident reports, and operational updates when required.
• Attend to feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a timely manner.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Operations Team or Management.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in cleaning operations or facility management preferred.
• Leadership and team management experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple work sites.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
