Job Summary

Support the adoption, deployment, and operational implementation of AI-powered kitchen automation systems and intelligent cooking equipment within the commercial food service industry.

This role combines smart kitchen technology application, customer engagement, operational support, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, recipe setup, and business development support within the AI food technology sector.

The position is suitable for candidates with experience in F&B operations, kitchen operations, culinary work, hospitality, commercial kitchen equipment, automation systems, digital operations, technical support, or related industries.

Candidates who are passionate about AI technology, smart kitchen innovation, intelligent automation systems, and the future development of AI-powered food production will have a strong advantage.

The role will also support the practical implementation of AI-powered kitchen technologies, digital operational workflows, and smart food service ecosystems across restaurants, food courts, central kitchens, catering companies, and commercial food operators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing AI-powered kitchen automation systems and intelligent cooking equipment to customers and business partners.

• Assist customers with recipe input, cooking programme setup, system configuration, and operational adjustments to optimize kitchen workflows.

• Train customers on equipment operation, recipe management, workflow usage, and basic troubleshooting to support effective system adoption.

• Support equipment setup, deployment, customer onboarding, and operational guidance to facilitate smooth implementation.

• Perform basic cooking demonstrations, recipe preparation, and practical food application testing using AI-powered kitchen systems.

• Collaborate with restaurants, food courts, central kitchens, catering companies, hotels, distributors, and commercial food service operators to understand operational requirements.

• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, live demonstrations, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking activities to promote smart kitchen solutions.

• Explain product functions, operational benefits, workflow improvements, and smart kitchen solution applications to customers and business partners.

• Identify customer operational challenges and provide feedback on workflow optimization, operational efficiency, recipe requirements, and user experience improvements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

• Support business development activities including customer follow-ups, lead engagement, and coordination of sales opportunities.

• Stay informed on AI-powered kitchen technologies, intelligent automation systems, smart kitchen innovations, and developments within the food technology industry.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in F&B operations, kitchen operations, culinary work, hospitality, commercial kitchen equipment, automation equipment, technical support, digital operations, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Candidates with hands-on cooking experience, chef experience, or commercial kitchen operational experience will have a strong advantage.

• Ability to perform basic cooking, recipe preparation, recipe adjustment, and food preparation processes is important for this role.

• Candidates should be comfortable handling recipe input, cooking programme setup, and practical cooking demonstrations using AI-powered kitchen systems.

• Experience or networks within Singapore’s F&B industry will be beneficial.

• Experience with POS systems, automation systems, software platforms, or technology-enabled operational environments will be an added advantage.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new AI technologies, smart kitchen systems, and digital operational workflows.

• Strong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work independently.

• Sales awareness, customer engagement experience, or business development capabilities will be advantageous.

• Passion for AI technology, automation systems, smart kitchen innovation, and digital transformation within the food service industry is highly valued.

• Strong computer literacy and confidence in using digital systems, software platforms, and technology-based operational tools.

• Able to conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and hands-on operational support activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Compensation Package: SGD 3,000 – SGD 10,000 inclusive of basic salary, performance incentives, commissions, and related allowances, depending on experience, capabilities, and performance.
