Job Summary
Support the company’s daily administrative operations, digital workflow coordination, AI tool applications, social media management, and online business support within an AI-powered food technology and smart kitchen automation company. This role combines administrative coordination, AI-assisted digital operations, social media management, digital marketing support, AI video content coordination, and operational support functions. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain smooth business workflows and support management activities
- Manage scheduling, documentation, data entry, reporting, and internal communication to improve team efficiency
- Communicate with customers via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms to provide timely support and resolve inquiries
- Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu to increase online engagement and strengthen brand presence
- Support digital marketing by posting content, coordinating promotions, and assisting with online campaigns to drive business growth
- Utilize AI software and digital productivity tools to streamline administrative and operational processes for efficiency
- Operate AI video creation tools, AI avatar/digital human video software, and AI-assisted content tools to produce basic promotional videos and digital media content
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and operational documents while maintaining accurate company records for smooth business operations
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and operational follow-ups to ensure timely management support
- Manage cloud-based systems, digital files, and online platforms to maintain organized and accessible digital operations
- Support company events such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, and business activities as needed
- Provide general operational and business support to management to facilitate daily company functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic proficiency in AI software, AI video tools, digital tools, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, AI avatar/digital human video software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Basic operational knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, online promotion, and social media content coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using computers, cloud-based systems, and online communication tools
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, social media management, customer service, digital marketing, operations coordination, or AI-related digital tools
- Interest in AI technology, automation systems, and digital operations
