Admin cum Accounts Executive

OSITION: ADMIN, ACCOUNTS & HR EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities
Administration:
• Manage daily office administration and general correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems, company records, and office documentation.
• Coordinate vendor services.
• Arrange meetings and coordinate workers site schedule and courier services.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff. Submit safety document
Accounts:
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Preparation and Submit GST
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and year-end audit preparation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Liaise with client on order ,
Human Resource (HR):
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Process and monitor employee leave records and attendance.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration.
• Apply, renew, cancel, and manage Work Passes (Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit) through the relevant government portals.
• Liaise with government agencies on employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate staff insurance, medical claims, and employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Administration, Accounts, and HR functions, preferably in an SME environment.
• Experience in handling Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR administrative procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas suppliers and business associates.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Location :Near Simpang Bedok
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
