• Lead technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Oversee maintenance of coolant, chilled water, com
  pressed air, electrical systems/equipment.

• Monitor system performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to prevent downtime.

• Conduct root cause analysis and support breakdown investigations to identify and resolve failures.

• Maintain maintenance records and reports to support operational transparency and compliance.

• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and allocate manpower resources.

• Enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with departments and contractors to coordinate to resolve technical issues.

• Diploma in Electrical with relevant skills and supervisory experience.

• Experience in electrical systems for plant maintenance and PLC systems.
