The Opportunity
Weare seeking a hands-on, commercially driven CFO to partner closely withthe CEO and Board in shaping the Group’s next stage of development.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
- Build and scale a best-in-class finance function
- Drive strong commercial discipline across operations
- Play a leading role in capital markets, M&A, and investor engagement
Youwill operate across both strategic and operational levels, acting as akey enabler of performance, governance, and growth.
KeyResponsibilities
1.Operational Finance & Business Partnering
- Lead the development of a scalable finance function to support business growth
- Establish robust costing frameworks and unit economics to enhance pricing and margin management
- Partner closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure disciplined contract evaluation and profitability
- Implement performance tracking and variance analysis across projects and operations
- Strengthen inventory, procurement, and working capital management practices
2.Capital Markets, Strategy & Growth
- Lead execution of M&A, divestments, and corporate restructuring initiatives
- Drive capital strategy and fundraising activities, including engagement with banks and investors
- Oversee SGX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Manage investor relations, communication strategies, and market engagement
3.Governance, Risk & Controls
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks across the Group
- Partner with business units to enhance operational processes and risk management practices
- Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance and professional qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- At least 8–10 years of senior finance experience, including listed company exposure
- Prior experience as CFO /Financial Controller or equivalent leadership role
Preferred Background
- Energy, utilities, engineering, logistics, or project-based industries
- Strong exposure to operational finance and commercial decision-making
- Track record in M&A, fundraising, and corporate transactions
- Experience implementing ERP or financial systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
