IT Compliance & Server Presales Support

This dual-function role combines responsibility for company-wide IT governance and compliance with technical presales support for our AI Rack Server business. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and manufacturing teams in Asia to ensure compliance excellence and seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Compliance & Governance

• Establish, implement, and maintain IT General Controls (ITGC) across the Singapore operation.
• Manage user access controls, identity management, and IT security governance.
• Support and maintain ISO 27001 compliance initiatives and certification requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Manage office IT infrastructure, hardware assets, software licenses, and cloud resources (AWS/Azure).
• Develop and maintain IT risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

AI Server Presales Support

• Provide technical consultation and support for AI Rack Server and x86 server solutions.
• Assist customers and sales teams with server specifications, BOM configuration, and solution recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, product documentation, and customer presentations.
• Conduct technical discussions and product demonstrations with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate sample orders, pilot projects, and mass production requirements with the Batam manufacturing facility.
• Follow up on cross-border logistics and bonded shipment processes between Singapore and Indonesia
• Support order fulfillment activities and ensure smooth communication between customers and factory teams.

Sales Operations & Market Intelligence

• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
• Manage product datasheets, technical documentation, and solution libraries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, customer requirements, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Compliance, IT Governance, IT Audit, Infrastructure Management, or Server Presales.
• Good understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), access management, IT risk management, and ISO 27001 practices.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of x86 Rack Server architecture, server hardware configuration, storage, networking, and AI server solutions.
• Experience in technical presales, solution support, or customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the EMS, server ODM, electronics manufacturing, or data center industry will be a strong advantage.
• Singapore PR or Employment Pass (EP) holders preferred.
