Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Foot Reflexologist to provide professional reflexology treatments that promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall wellness. The ideal candidate has good technique, consistency, and a strong service attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using correct pressure points and techniques
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable treatments or packages
• Ensure customer comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction throughout the session
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas, tools, and equipment
• Prepare foot baths, oils, towels, and tools before each session
• Follow company SOPs and service standards
• Promote and upsell services, packages, or memberships
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Certification in foot reflexology or massage therapy (preferred)
• Experience in reflexology, massage, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of foot pressure points and basic anatomy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended hours
• Positive attitude and team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
