Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the project team.

• Detailed project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, and coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.

• Working closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the projects run smoothly.

• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.

• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.

• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.

• Providing status reports to the Project Board.

• Liaises with, and updates progress to senior management.

• Monitoring project progress and performance.

Job Requirements

Positive, creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, independent individual, possesses strong skills relevant to the scope of work, able to work in a team and independently, possesses excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and can perform under tight schedule and pressure.

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Building, or Construction Management will be an added advantage.

• At least 3 years of working experience in interior fitting out jobs

• Carpentry/Joinery work experiences will be an added advantage. • Class 3 driving licence required.

• Able to converse with English and Chinese-speaking clients, contractors, and vendors to complete projects effectively.

• Local working experience needed.
