Key responsibilities
· Oversee daily business and operational activities across departments
· Lead and manage operations staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
· Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
· Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and business targets
· Coordinate with sales, purchasing, logistics, and aftersales teams
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
· Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and operational problem-solving
· Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives
· Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management
Key Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business,Engineering
· Management, or related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or operations experience, preferably in the automotive industry
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Experience in process improvement and team management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
· Valid driving license (Class 3/3A) with avalidity and experience of min. 2years
