Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Masseur to provide professional massage services to clients. The role requires good technique, hygiene standards, and the ability to create a relaxing experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of massage treatments (e.g. body massage, foot reflexology, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Ensure customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Prepare massage oils, towels, and tools before each session
• Follow company SOPs and service standards
• Handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Upsell packages or services when appropriate (if required)

Requirements

• Relevant massage certification (preferred but not always required depending on business)
• Prior experience in massage therapy or spa services is an advantage
• Good knowledge of different massage techniques
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Work Environment

• Fast-paced spa or massage parlour setting
• May involve shift work, including evenings and weekends
