HR executive

MACBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Responsible for full spectrum of HR in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties.

  • Assist management and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
  • Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all government paid leave claims.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation.
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
  • Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company.
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
  • Source for and recommend upgrading courses for the staff.
  • Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin and receptionist function.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
  • Stand-in for reception function.
  • Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

Requirements

  • Relevant certificates with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Team player with excellent communicate skills.
  • Min 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge in Payadvisor is an advantage.
  • Must be Covid19-vaccinated
  • Singaporean and SPR only
