Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage team members to achieve operational goals and maintain service quality
  • Apply knowledge of Singapore-style coffee and various teas to support product preparation and customer engagement
  • Demonstrate a positive service attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Use basic computer skills to perform daily operational tasks and support team activities
  • Enforce and adhere to company rules and policies to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to facilitate team coordination and customer interaction
  • Extensive experience in a similar role to support leadership and operational effectiveness
