Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team members to achieve operational goals and maintain service quality
- Apply knowledge of Singapore-style coffee and various teas to support product preparation and customer engagement
- Demonstrate a positive service attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Use basic computer skills to perform daily operational tasks and support team activities
- Enforce and adhere to company rules and policies to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to facilitate team coordination and customer interaction
- Extensive experience in a similar role to support leadership and operational effectiveness
