Overview

• We’re looking for a proactive, project-centric professional to steer cross-border initiatives and international partnerships. This role centers on planning, executing, and delivering projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Projects and events management
  Drive projects across APAC. Oversee timelines, budgets, scope changes, resource planning, and regulatory compliance in local markets.
• Engage stakeholders & manage public relations
  Serve as the primary liaison for communications among internal teams, international partners, contractors, and media. Facilitate engagements, organize events and site visits and manage projects.
• Project Governance & Reporting
  Track KPIs, risks, and issues, manage budgets, and deliver progress reports to senior leadership. Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Background in events and project coordination or management—preferably with APAC experience. Prior exposure working or living in different jurisdictions is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in planning, executing, and project management.
• Excellent communicator skilled in cross-cultural stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
• Analytical thinker with a bias for problem-solving, risk management, and process refinement.
