MES Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. MES Implementation and Deployment. Assist the implementation of the MES system, including software/hardware configuration, comprehensive testing, system shutdown and restart. This includes related equipment and peripherals.

2. MES operation support and maintenance to ensuring smooth production and business continuity. This includes system monitoring, software debugging and hardware troubleshooting and problem solving.

3. MES optimization. Assist in system development independently collecting requirements and needs (e.g., process modelling and optimization, reports/dashboards, feature enhancement, and expansion design), and testing/deployment of solutions.

4. MES Integration. Integrate MES with other systems such as ERP/SAP, OA and automation equipment. Participate in the formulation of system designs, including data flow, interface specifications, security policies, etc. Respond to, identify and resolve various issues arising from related operation, with support from MES development and other engineers.

MES User Training and Documentation. Prepare system operation manuals, user guides and other training materials. Conduct regular operations training to help business departments utilize the MES system to improve manufacturing capabilities.
