Baker (Pastry)

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked products.
  • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
  • Assist in packing, labeling, and storing finished products and ingredients.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving deliveries.
  • Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Baker or Bakery Manager.

  1. Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation is preferred.
  2. Training will be provided.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
  4. Good teamwork and communication skills.
  5. Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
  6. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
