Baker (Pastry)

- Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked products.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and storing finished products and ingredients.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving deliveries.
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Baker or Bakery Manager.
- Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation is preferred.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
