Director, ASPAC Consulting and Alliances

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD.

Background

KPMG's position in Consulting has been evolving but we have landed on a key differentiator with the help of the ‘three in a box’ approach where we are increasingly being known as the technology partner of choice for business outcomes. We are being recognised by the market for this – the ALM Pacesetter: Digital Transformation & Digital Services 2022-2023 says, "For KPMG, digital transformation is about solving business problems using technology as a solution-enabler.”

Technology has also been called out alongside Connected, Powered and Trusted as a core program for Global Consulting in FY24 with an estimated US$ 20 mn investment to drive GTM activities and strengthen the KPMG brand.

Our competitive advantage remains the ability to talk technology across the C-suite and with a strategic lens, which means we must bring together capabilities across our service lines and integrate technology as an enabler into our priority solutions and propositions.

Our Alliance partners help us to execute on digital transformation, and their products and solutions complement our capabilities, allowing us to deliver end-to-end services to our clients. KPMG has recognised the importance of this partnership ecosystem with the global Common Investments program identifying ‘digital transformation enabled by Alliances’ as one of its priority investment areas.

Our regional ambition is to grow Alliance revenue to account for 20% of Advisory revenue. The ambition for Consulting is to evolve and anchor our business in digital transformation and AI.
