Night shift Factory Supervisor

$2000 and above (depending on experience)

Working Hours

8:00pm – 6:00am (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities (Mainly responsible for data administration and goods receiving during night shift operations.）

• Process and key in customer orders accurately in system during night shift operations.
• Coordinate and verify outgoing goods against order lists.
• Support basic inventory tasks such as stock receiving and checking of frozen food products.

Job Requirements

• Basic computer typing and data entry skills required.
• Experience in order processing, warehouse, or admin work is an advantage.
• Able to work night shift (8:00pm – 6:00am).
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse environment (cold room/frozen products).
• Fast, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Training will be provided for product knowledge and system usage.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
