General Manager (F&B)

• Alternate Saturday/Sunday rest days
• Regular working hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with FSMS, SFA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Analyse production data, report performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects by applying lean manufacturing techniques.
• Support inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
