Tunnel Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Tunnel Supervisor to oversee daily tunnel construction activities and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tunnel and site operations.

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Monitor work progress and report site activities to management.

• Conduct site inspections and address safety concerns.

• Ensure quality standards and project schedules are met.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tunnel, underground, or civil construction projects.

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.

• Ability to lead and supervise site workers.

• Good understanding of workplace safety requirements.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
