STORE DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Singapore

Key Responsibilities：

• Actively participate in ChaPanda's expansion strategy and growth initiatives in Singapore
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new store locations across Singapore
• Source, develop, and manage potential franchise partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls, landlords, real estate agents, and other key business stakeholders
• Conduct market and trade area research, site evaluations, and support store opening preparations
• Continuously drive store development and business growth for the brand in Singapore

Requirements:

• Candidates with existing mall and commercial property connections in Singapore will be preferred
• Proven experience in retail expansion, site acquisition, franchising, leasing, or business development
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
