Admin Assistant

*Mon-Fri : 7.30am-4.30pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm / Sat (alternate)

*Basic Salary : up to $2,500

Job Duties :

  • Provide clerical, database, and general administrative support.
  • Monitor customer payment collections and prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Consolidate requirements and arrange purchase of office supplies and stationery.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), and related documents.
  • Assist in order processing, including data entry into system (e.g. AutoCount/ERP) and invoice generation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations team on order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
  • Assist in inventory data entry and stock movement tracking (incoming/outgoing goods).
  • Support cold chain documentation records (e.g. delivery records, temperature-related checklists if applicable).
  • Handle customer enquiries via email/phone regarding orders, delivery status, and billing matters.
  • Assist in basic reporting, such as monthly sales, outstanding payments, and stock summaries.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle repetitive data entry tasks accurately.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
