Position: Head of Videography

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the videography team, including videographers and editors.

•Plan, direct, and oversee video productions from pre-production to final delivery.

•Develop creative concepts and ensure high-quality visual storytelling.

•Manage shooting schedules, equipment, budgets, and production resources.

•Review and approve video content to maintain brand and quality standards.

•Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders on project requirements.

•Mentor team members and provide training to improve skills and performance.

•Stay updated on industry trends, filming techniques, and production technologies.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in videography, video production, or a related field.

•Strong leadership and project management skills.

•Proficiency in camera operations, lighting, audio, and video editing workflows.

•Excellent creative, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
