Project Manager

FIELD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage project budget, cost control, and financial performance.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.

- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

- Manage subcontractors' performance and resolve site issues.

- Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.

- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status.

- Work closely with Quantity Surveyor on variations, claims, and final accounts.

- Lead and supervise site engineers and project team members.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (preferably in civil engineering & infrastructure works such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks).

- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and construction practices.

- Experience in managing projects for LTA / PUB / HDB or infrastructure works is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge in project planning and cost control.

- Familiar with contract administration and project documentation.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software

- Possess safety certifications is an advantage.
