Job Summary

You will manage daily installation schedules and coordinate activities among customers, installers, and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth completion of installations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and arrange daily installation schedules to optimize resource use and meet deadlines
  • Coordinate installation appointments with customers, installers, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Monitor installation progress actively to ensure timely completion and address delays promptly
  • Handle schedule changes and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain workflow continuity
  • Follow up on pending installations and outstanding matters to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
  • Update and maintain accurate installation records and schedules for operational transparency
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding installation arrangements to keep them informed
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating effectively between all parties involved
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned to support installation processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, operations, or customer service is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage schedules and communication efficiently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt and grow in the role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
