You are an experienced and dynamic sales specialist who believes that the sky is the limit. You hold established relationships close to your heart and is always striving to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. As a Director of Sales, you lead by example in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with related departments to maximize sales for the hotel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of recent work experience in corporate or business development role within the hotel industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must. Prior knowledge of any CRM system, e.g. Opera, Delphi, will be an asset.
  • Flair for in-person or virtual presentations; keen eye for details; customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude.
  • Establish sales targets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactive and goal-getter attitude with ability to build lasting business partnerships.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality market dynamics, distribution channels, and customer segments
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be ideal.
