Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing and business needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service and resolve any recruitment or sales-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update recruitment and sales databases regularly.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations and workplace policies
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Support employee professional development
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
