Sales Manager (Solar/EV/Electrical)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow customer accounts and strengthen market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue analyses, expense reports, and sales forecasts to management.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams, to ensure alignment of business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience.
