Responsibilities
Source and evaluate new commercial kitchen equipment suppliers and vendors locally and internationally to expand procurement options and support business needs.
Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes.
Prepare cost analyses and procurement estimates to support budgeting, project planning, and purchasing decisions.
Manage procurement activities within approved budgets and ensure purchasing expenditures align with company objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records to support operational efficiency and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Maintain and update procurement, inventory, and supplier information within the company's systems and databases.
Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, quality concerns, and supplier performance matters.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments to support business operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
