Responsibilities and Job Scope:

- All admin tasks related to exhibitions, including book flight, accommodation, prepare documents for exhibitions.

- Prepare reports for all exhibitions.

- Liaise and co-ordinate with exhibitions’ organisers, freight forwarder for exhibitions and relevant parties dealing with exhibitions.

- Overseas Business trips for exhibitions.

- Assists liaise with certain suppliers (Local, China & Hong Kong) and products drawing providers.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Pre-Requisites:

· Prefer with at least 1 year of working experience in a jewellery manufacturing environment

· GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’, GCE ‘A’ or Diplomain Business, Operation Management or equivalent

· Possess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team player

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software application (Excel, Words, Outlook) and computer literacy skills is required

· Able to meet tight schedules, deadline and work under pressure

· Well verse in English and Chinese for communication with customers and suppliers
