Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions efficiently through digital and telephonic channels, ensuring professionalism in every engagement.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries, resolving escalated complaints by evaluating complex data.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in compliance with management protocols.
• Assist the customer service team in achieving strategic performance targets through coordinated operational workflows.
• Conduct research to identify merchant partnership opportunities aimed at driving transaction volume.
• Collaborate with merchants to create and implement special offers and promotional campaigns.
• Serve as the communication link between local departments and Tokyo Headquarters, ensuring a smooth operational flow in Japanese.
• Translate business proposals, campaign materials, and technical content from English into Japanese to align with brand standards.
• Facilitate internal and external communications, keeping all stakeholders updated with the latest service developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or tourism sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of traveler needs and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficient in intermediate IT applications, complemented by strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders and handle documents translation in Japanese language.
