Drafting Executive

• Location: Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Redhill Office Outram Road, on-site meeting.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Night and weekend works would be required depending on project requirements.

• Salary: Up to $3800

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related

• Proficient in latest version of AutoCad, able to come up with required drawings in an efficient manner

• Preferably with knowledge of security equipment, cabling, construction materials and how these are represented in drawings

• Preferably with knowledge of how to come up with CCTV coverage drawings using VideoCad software

Job Responsibilities:
- Support all drafting needs of the company, including Project, Design, Technical, and Sales Teams

- Prepare architectural and M&E plans, sections, details, 3D drawings as part of working drawings or as-built drawings

- Prepare Line Drawings, schematic drawings for documentation, submission, or tender purposes

- Work with project engineers to prepare drawing for submission and implementation

- Attend site walks and perform site measurements, advise on best ways to have alignment between drawings and actual site implementation

- Support HOD to perform administrative tasks as assigned
