BOP — short for Bartenders of Pony — is Singapore's first Korean cocktail dining bar, where Korean drinking culture meets modern hospitality. Located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, BOP is a lively space where great drinks, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality come together.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take pride in delivering memorable dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute dishes in accordance with BOP's recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, flavour, and plating during both preparation and service.
- Assist with the preparation of house-made ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and other components with care and attention to detail.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards are maintained across all kitchen and storage areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Support the team with any additional duties required to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Passion for preparing quality food and respect for ingredients.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others and supporting the wider operation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Experience with Korean cuisine or modern dining concepts is a plus, but not required.
