Legal Counsel

1. Responsible for various legal affairs of IP protection on the WeChat platform, including but not limited to day-to-day communications with intellectual property right holders, as well as handling of IP related complaints on the WeChat platform;

2.Responsible for the governance of WeChat platform as well as the implementation of the relevant regulatory policies and requirements;

3.Responsible for the legal risk management and control of overseas WeChat products, including but not limited to legal compliance and risk assessment of daily products, process construction, legal training etc.;

4. Responsible for the analysis and handling of various complaints and legal correspondence of WeChat, as well as the improvement of related procedures and systems, and ;

5. Track various Internet products and industry trends, government regulatory policies, identify compliance risks, conduct compliance inspections and training, and supervise business compliance operations.
