Job Description*

- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’, shareholders’ resolutions or meetings for on-going corporate secretarial matters of clients, application of employment passes, opening of bank accounts & change of signatories, etc.

- Assist in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.

- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by the company and clients.

-Perform of CPF for Client (CPF, Giro and CPF Monthly Submission and Computation.)

- Any other corporate and ad-hoc duties as required.
*Job Requirements*

-Possession of a university degree, preferably in corporate secretarial studies, law, business management or a related field.

- Ability to be responsive to urgent matters when necessary.

- Able to work under pressure and fast paced working environment
- Able to work independently & meet deadlines

- Team player with good communication skills
