Job Summary

You will manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, staff appraisal systems, policy updates, and government claims processing to support organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions to support organizational operations and workforce management
  • Process application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes to ensure compliance with immigration regulations
  • Assist recruitment by posting job openings and scheduling candidate interviews to facilitate timely hiring
  • Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts and offer letters to formalize employment agreements
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding formalities including staff orientation to ensure smooth employee transitions
  • Design, implement, and manage staff appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance
  • Organize corporate events to foster employee engagement and company culture
  • Review and update HR policies to maintain compliance with current laws and best practices
  • Process government claims including maternity, childcare leave, NSmen, and statutory claims to secure employee benefits
  • Prepare and file statutory forms IR8A and IR21 accurately and timely for regulatory compliance
  • Manage employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfers, resignations, and maintain personnel files to support workforce administration
  • Assess employees’ abilities and coordinate workforce adjustments to align with company operational needs
  • Safeguard company confidentiality and legal affairs by managing important documents and company seals securely
  • Establish company positions and collaborate with departments to optimize manpower utilization for operational efficiency
  • Provide operational support to the center as needed to ensure smooth daily functions
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors to support business needs
