Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- 5–7 years of proven track record in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles preferably in a senior role.
- Diplomas or advanced courses in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
