HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and support the organization's people strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while partnering closely with management to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters and employment legislation.
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and retain suitable talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Performance & Employee Development
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Foster employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Work closely with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support salary reviews, bonus exercises, and benefits benchmarking where required.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
- Support audits and ensure proper HR governance practices.
Strategic HR Support
- Partner with management to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
- Recommend HR improvements and process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior HR generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
- Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
