Senior Consultant/ Associate Manager, Credit Risk Regulatory Reporting & Automation (Alteryx)

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting regulatory and risk reporting.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx and enterprise data platforms.
- Integrate data from multiple banking systems into centralized reporting repositories.
- Develop automated data transformation processes to improve data quality, consistency, and lineage.
- Implement reusable data models supporting BCBS239 and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Drive automation of regulatory reporting processes (e.g., Credit Risk reporting) using Alteryx and related technologies.
- Replace manual, Excel-based workflows (including macros and Access-based EUCs) with scalable, system-driven solutions.
- Assess and document existing EUCs, evaluating their usage, criticality, and associated risks.
- Redesign reporting workflows to align with BCBS239 principles, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain close alignment with the BCBS239 program team, ensuring consistency with ongoing workstreams and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to adhere to project standards, methodologies, and reporting structures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Data Platform implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
- Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
- Experience with data quality, reconciliation, and lineage frameworks.
- Understanding of data governance and BCBS239 principles.
- Proven ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving business, IT, compliance, and vendors.
- Strong SQL skills. Familiarity with BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), understanding of Regulatory Reporting/Internal Reporting, Finance/Account business process, related systems are a plus.
- Experience in BPR initiatives (process simplification, standardization, and integration), as well as prior exposure to financial institutions in Asia (e.g. Japan) will be advantageous.
